SIMATIC PCS 7 OSx 4.1.2 Operator

9.2

Copying and Deleting a Report

The operator can make a copy of a report to modify or to create a new

format. The copied report has the same destination status and type as the

original. The new report cannot be scheduled and executed until it is

compiled. The operator must have the Report Configuration security

privilege to copy or delete reports.

To copy a report, follow these steps.

1.

Select a report from the Reports Directory.

2.

Select the

Copy

pushbutton at the bottom of the Reports Directory. A

dialog box appears and prompts the operator for a name for the new

report (

Figure 9-2

).

3.

Enter a unique report name and press

OK.

An affirmative message

displays when the report copies successfully. An error message appears

if the operator enters a report name that already exists.
