Power supply (PS) module for supplying the interface module and the I/O modules via the
backplane bus

Note that the interface module without its own front-side supply voltage is a consumer ;
this must be taken into account in the power budget. (A power supply module on the
other hand is not regarded as a consumer, even when it's switched off.)
Note also the parameter setting "Connection to supply voltage L+" for the interface
module. See the chapter "Parameters" in the IM 155-5 PN ST Device Manual
