URCap
“RobinEboxCommunicator”
The URCap
“RobinEboxCommunicator” is a plug-in for UR industrial robot
controller interface “Polyscope”.
The URCap reads the data sent by the PLC via Profinet and shows it in PolyScope.
NOTE
The URCap can be downloaded from SIOS from the same entry where is this
manual.
The procedure for installing the URCap into the robot controller is not part of this
manual.

If the communication with the PLC and the robot is working properly, the PLC
firmware will be shown in Polyscope. In case of an error, a message will appear in
the screen.
