Fixing Problems

Step by Step

Character Input

Letters and digits are entered by pressing the dial keys
an appropriate number of times. This also applies when
entering alphanumeric passwords.

Example: "+" = press the

key twice.

Deleting characters

Press this key to delete characters to the left of the cur-
sor.

Inputting alphanumeric characters

Press

in character input mode (for entering sub-

scriber names, for instance) to switch between differ-
ent editor modes (see also table above).

The current editor mode is shown in the top right corner
of the display. The display can be set to: ">Abc" (upper
case), "abc" (lower case) and "123" (digit input).
