Steam-assisted cooking
Notes

As soon as the preheating is complete, place your food in the oven without waiting. Otherwise, all of the water in
the cookware may evaporate.

Do not turn the food while it is cooking.
¡
Cook some food, such as bread, in stages. You can find the stages in the table. Example: Stage 1 at 210-220 °C
and 10-15 min, and stage 2 at 180-190 °C and 20-30 min.
