Deactivating the WPS registration button

To configure the security settings in your wireless network automatically, your Gigaset
SE365 WLAN supports

(se e page 7). You can activate WPS registration via the user

interface (see page 52) or via the registration button on the device’s back panel (see
page 13).
After finishing the configuration of your wireless network you can deactivate the regis-
tration button for security reasons, in case unauthorised persons gain access to your
Gigaset SE365 WLAN. If the registration button is disabled, no further WPS registration
is possible.
The registration button is activated by default.
