The Five Safety Rules of Electrical Engineering must generally be observed during opera-
tion of the products and components described in these operating instructions:
• Isolating.
• Securing against reclosing.
• Verifying safe isolation from supply.
• Earthing and short-circuiting.
• Covering or barriering adjacent live parts.
