Double-click the encoder icon.
The

Properties

window is opened.

►

Select the

Parameter Assignment

tab.

A3M60 Basic

The A3M60 Basic is supplied with the following parameters:



code sequence clockwise



class 2 functionality = activated



no scaling



resolution per revolution = 8,192



total resolution = 67,108,864

Code sequence

►

Configure the

Code Sequence

parameter to

Clockwise

Counterclockwise.

Scaling

►

Configure the

Scaling

parameter to the value

Enable

if you want to configure a lower

resolution.

►

Using the

Measuring Units per Revolution

parameter configure the resolution per

revolution.

►

Using the

Total Measuring Range

parameter configure the total resolution.

Compiling

►

Compile the data and load the data into the control system.
The new values are applied.
Both LEDs on the A3M60 Basic illuminate green.
