WARRANTY AND TERMS OF USE
Warranty
Shore Measuring Systems warrants each new analyzer sold by it, to be free from
defects in material and workmanship. Its obligation under this warranty is limited
to repairing or at its option replacing at its factory, any part or parts there of, which
shall, within 1 (one) year after the delivery of the equipment to the original owner,
be returned to Shore Measuring Systems with transportation charges prepaid,
and which examination shall disclose to Shore’s satisfaction to have been thus
defective.
This warranty shall not apply to any instrument which has been repaired or altered
outside of the manufacturer’s factory or service center in any way so as, in the
judgment of the manufacturer, to affect the instrument’s stability or reliability, or
which has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident, or which has had the
serial number altered, effaced or removed. Nor shall this warranty apply to any
instrument which has been connected otherwise than in accordance with the
instructions furnished by the manufacturer.
This warranty will be void if any equipment has been repaired or altered by an
unauthorized person.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including any
warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Shore Measuring
Systems neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to
assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this instrument.
Shore Measuring Systems makes no warranty or representation as to the
accuracy of any calibration chart supplied or used with this instrument.
In no event shall Shore Measuring Systems be liable for any special, indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages and its liability under the warranty shall be
limited solely to the repair or replacement of parts as stated above.
Terms of Use
This equipment is warranted against any manufacturing defects, considered the
conditions set by the Operation Manual that accompanies the equipment specified
in the warranty from the date of the invoice of sale to the final consumer and will
include the replacement of parts and labor in the repair due to manufacturing
defects.
Both the finding of defects and necessary repairs will be performed by a Shore
Service Center closest to the customer. The addresses are available at www.
