3.3.1 Notice of Pipeline Installation

1) According to the installation configuration diagram to install the pipe system,

and use thermal insulation materials to protect the refrigerated water pipe.

2) Choose the suited cooling water tower according to the refrigerating capacity

of the water chiller. The specific information could consult the cooling tower
supplier.

3) The diameter of the circulate pump line should not be smaller than the

condenser pipe diameter. (Piping system should be mounted according to
the assembly diagram). Heavy caliber pipe should be used to connect the
cooling water in long distance delivery.

4) At the lowest part of cooling water circulation, drainage valve should be

installed.

5) Water filter should used in the cooling water and chilled water circulation pipe

if water quality and surroundings of cooling tower is bad.
