Question 4: When playback files in virtual disk interface,
why the playback mode change back to normal playback
mode after pressing the PLAY/PAUSE button?
Answer:
This has something to do with the current playback
mode, please refer to additional information <Playback mode
Definition>.
Question 5: When the player is not connected to any
external power, why the computer cannot detect the player?
Answer:
This is because the USB port of the computer cannot
supply enough power for the player, without power the hard
disk will not work that is why the computer cannot detect the
player. Please use the supplied AC adapter to provide power
to the player.
Question 6: Why there are noise when playing WAV
files?
Answer:
This is because the player only supports 2 channels, 16
bit, PCM WAV file.
Question 7: How to change the order of the playback?
Answer:
CHD-6 supports multiple playback modes, different
playback mode has different playback order, you can choose
the desire playback order.
Question 8: Why there is clipped voice during playback?
Answer:
Damaged voice file might create noise or even stop the
playback, please use the computer to play the file to see if it is
damaged.
Question 9: Why I cannot turn on the player?
Answer:
Please check the following steps: Is the POWER
switched on, is the player correctly connected to the AC
adapter, is the AC adapter connected to the wall jack.
Question 10: Why I cannot use the AC adapter?
Answer:
Please check to see if the AC adapter is properly connect
to the power jack of the player.
Question 11: During movie playback, when try to fast
forward or rewind, some file will stops at a screen and won’t
move, why?
Answer:
This is because the system does not fully support fast
forward and rewind for files under 5MB.
Question 12: Why some supported file format photo
cannot be shown in photo interface?
Answer:
There are lots of modes within JPEG format, because the
player does not support all the mode, so you will have to redo
the photo format as shown in the following picture.
