6. "diff" : difference that minus the standard deviation;
7. "pass": the result of comparison with the standard sample, "OK" or "NG";
8. Blank: Do not display.

5.5.1 Measurement

Press the measurement button in the continuous measurement interface to start
measurement.
If the storage is enabled, it will prompt to enter a name before the measurement.
This name will be used as the first measurement name as shown in Figure 27, and
subsequent measurements will be automatically incremented based on the name.
