When you use the VCR for the first time or after a power failure
of more than 60
seconds the language
will be reset. Apply
power to the unit to switch it on and press the MENU button.
Then perform the following procedure.

If the remote control is not available the PLAY/x2 button can also be
used to select the language.

If the language has already been set previously and you want to change it, follow the steps below.
