Troubleshooting
Ice cubes are melting,
round or connected
Has one of the doors been frequently opened or left open for a long time?
Has ice cubes been accumulated for a long time?
Ice cubes may become round due to sublimation.
Ice cubes smell
Is the purifier filter mounted?
Has the purifier filter exceeded its replacement period?
Is the water within the water tank old or with odor?
For health reasons, replace the water within the water tank once a week.
Is there remaining detergent or bleach used during cleaning within the water tank?
(Replace the purifier filter if detergent was used.)
Has ice cubes been left unused for a long time?
Odors of foods may transfer on to the ice cubes.
No water or ice cubes
drop even when performing
"Ice Tray Cleaning"
Is the ice corner full with ice cubes?
Is there water in the water tank?
Has Auto Ice Making just been turned from OFF to ON?

Perform steps ~ of "Ice Tray Cleaning" on page 49 once.
There is fogging or
condensation within

Are succulent foods stored without wrapping?
Are the doors being frequently opened?
Are bags of food products caught in the door?
Is the door packing damaged?
Contact the Sharp Service Center for replacement door packing.
Is there food at the back of freezing compartment, and door
cannot be closed?
Remove door and then food.
There is condensation
on the vegetable crispers
This is due to the high humidity maintained within the
vegetable compartment.
Wipe condensation
with a dry cloth
and fogging with
a wet cloth.
Are there protruding food materials, commercially
sold pockets or cases touching the shelves?
Right and left
doors are not
aligned
Is the flooring sturdy and level?
Straighten the refrigerator using the right and left adjustable feet.
In the case of the right illustration, raise the left adjustable foot.
Door
Doors do not
seem to close
properly
Drawer door is
inclined
Lower the right and left adjustable feet and tilt the
refrigerator to the back side.
Closing a door will
cause another to open
Doors may open as the result of wind pressure.
It takes a few days for refridgerator to adapt to floor.
Check again after 1 week.
