Procedure:
• Prepare the gratin referring to the recipe in the
cookery book.
• Place the gratin on the low rack.
• After cooking, let the food stand wrapped in
aluminium foil for approx. 5 minutes.

• Pierce the skin of the chicken.
• Put the splashguard on the turntable.
• Place the chicken on the low rack with breast side
down.
• When audible signal sounds, turn the food over.

minutes in the oven.
