Express Defrost

* Suppose you want to defrost 0.5 kg of Chicken Fillets.

EXPRESS DEFROST rapidly defrosts 0.5 kg of specific
foods.
Follow the instructions provided in EXPRESS DEFROST
MENU GUIDE on page 27 in the cooking guides.

Press the EXPRESS DEFROST pad
until the desired menu number is dis-
played (for Chicken Fillets press twice).

The defrosting time will begin counting
down. The oven will "beep" 4 times and
stop. COOK indicator will go off and TURN
OVER will be displayed repeatedly.

Close the door. Press the START
pad.

Press the START pad.

The defrosting time will begin counting
down. When it reaches zero, the oven will
"beep".

Open the door. Remove defrosted
pieces, turn over remaining pieces.
Close the door.
