Plug the connector of a new backup battery to your computer with the notched 
side up. Make sure the black cable comes right and the red cable comes left.

Insert the new backup battery to your computer with its tape side down into the 
pattern on the sponge and properly attach it with the adhesive tape.  

7. 

Secure the cables with the tape again and replace the cover on your computer 
matching the projected parts of the cover with the notched parts of your
