These are 256-Mbit (16M x 16bit) DDR synchronous DRAM.

1.7. IC8451 (RH-iXC318WJQZY)

This is 8k-bit EEPROM device including the HDCP key data.

1.8. IC8452 (VHiS29GL1282EQ)

The 256M-bit page mode flash memory device stores the main CPU program.

1.9. IC9003 (VHiM3221EiP-1Y)

This IC is a single driver, single receiver RS-232 solution operating from a single Vcc supply.

The device provides the electrical interface between an asynchronous communication controller and the serial-port connector.

The IC has the function of “Auto-Power down”.

By this function, drivers are disabled automatically for power-saving.
