8. REPLACING STAPLES (OPTIONAL)

When the staple cartridge runs out of staples, the REPLACE CARTRIDGE

symbol flashes

on the optional finisher and the following message appears on the copier’s message display:

Set staple cartridge

Replace the staples as described below.

Finisher

Open the finisher front cover.

Turn the blue lever 90 degrees to the left

and pull out the stapler unit.

Pull up the stapler unit.
