[2] PUBLIC MODE SETTING PROCEDURE
1. How to start Public Mode setup screen
• There are three ways to enter the public mode.
1. In the adjustment process mode, turn on “PUBLIC MODE”. Also press the “CH ( )” and “VOL (+)” keys on the set at once and turn on the
power.

1) Press the”INPUT” and”VOL (+)” keys on the set at once and turn on the power.
2) Get the password input screen displayed.
3) The 3-digit password is now verified.
The password [0] [2] [7] provides for the public mode screen. (This screen comes on with whatever adjustment process settings.)
With any other passwords, the screen changes to the normal mode.
3. Press “Public mode” key on a special remote controller when TV is working as normal TV mode.
2. How to exit from Public Mode setup screen
There are the following ways to quit the public mode setup screen.
• Turn off “PUBLIC MODE” in the adjustment process mode. ( )

This doesn't quit the setup screen actually. It just turns off public mode.
• Turn off the power with the “POWER” key. ( )
• Select “EXECUTE”. ( )
... “PUBLIC MODE” stays on in the adjustment process mode.
... The settings will be back to the factory ones.
3. Public Mode Setting Values
• The public mode setting values are initialized by Factory Initialization.
