When operating the power tool take great care and always hold it firmly with both hands. Adopt a
stable and safe position, especially on slopes.

Make yourself familiar with your working area. Be alert for possible hazards that you might not hear
due to the motor noise.

Never touch the unprotected blades and never carry the machine taking hold of the blades.
●
When the hedge trimmer is not in use, for transport or storage with the cutting blades always
inserted into the protective blade cover. Keep it in a dry place and out of the reach of children.

Only use original spare parts and accessories supplied with the machine or recommended by the
manufacturer.
●
Recommendation: Use a Residual Current Device(RCD) for working outdoors.
Connection
●
This hedge trimmer may only be connected to single-phase AC current.
●
Ensure that the main voltage is the same as the operating voltage indicated on the rating plate.
●
Connect the power plug to the coupling of an outdoor use extension cable. Form a loop, push it
through the opening in the rear handle and hook it over the Cable Hook (5).
Mounting the Handle Guard (2)
Push the Handle Guard (2) over the blades and fix in place securely with screws on both sides of the
housing.
Warning: Only use this machine for jobs described in the section “Intended Use and Reasonable
Foreseeable Misuse”.
