Defrosting programme
01 Baked potatoes
Put the raw, unpeeled potatoes on a suitable plate, and place it in the centre of the oven.
02 Beverages
To heat up beverages and hot water for tea or instant coffee
03 Popcorn
For microwave popcorn (available in bags). Always refer to the manufacturer’s instructions on the
package.
04 Heating up
For heating up solid food.
05 Noodles/pasta
Put the pasta in a suitable container, and cover with cold water; place the container on the turntable.
06 Pizza
For cooking deep-frozen pizza. Always let the appliance pre-heat according to the manufacturer’s
instructions, to be found on the package, and then choose the appropriate automatic programme.
Use the lower grill rack.
07 Roast chicken
Place the whole chicken on the lower grill rack, and put a suitable heat-resistant tray underneath the
rack to collect any fat or juice that might drip down during the cooking process.
Four beep signals indicate that 2/3 of the pre-programmed cooking time has elapsed, when cooking
is interrupted. Turn the chicken over and press the rotary control
to restart the cooking process.
08 Cake
This programme is suitable for baking simple, basic pound cakes. Put the dough into a baking tin
and place the tin on the turntable.
09 Defrosting
See the Defrost programme section of this manual.
