Power
connection
•
Check whether the
power cable connection is
loose or not, tighten
again according to the
torque specified before.
•
Check the power
cables and control cables
for any damage,
especially for any cut
marks on the skin in
contact with the metal
surface.
•
Check whether the
insulation wrap of power
cable terminal has come
off.
The first time will
be half a year after
the first
commissioning
，
thereafter once
every six months
or once a year.
Terminal and
line connection
•
Check whether the
control screw is loose and
tighten it with a
screwdriver.
•
Check whether the
main loop terminal is
poor contact and whether
there are signs of
overheating at the screw
position.
•
Check whether there
is any color change inn
the copper wiring or the
screws.
•
Visually inspect
