Each pin of type Input is activated when the voltage on the pin is in the range +2.1V to +16V DC. Pins of type I/O are activated when the
voltage on the pin is in the range +2.1V to +12V DC. The minimum output drive voltage on pins type I/O is 2.2V
5.2 I/O Interface
A mini USB type B connector is provided for general purpose IO. ESD protection to +/-4KV contact discharge and +/-8KV air discharge is
provided. Pins on this connector are available for control from the embedded application as shown in table 5.

active (no minimum duration) (POWER OFF).

(no minimum duration) active (POWER ON). Not required for initial power
up, only if unit turned off with POWER_OFF_IN.
