Temperature measuring element of the CE-8E is Pt1000 which is high precision
So, generally it is not necessary to enter this menu.
Reference thermometer which is traceable be required to enter this menu.
When differential between measured value and reference thermometer reading is far,enter this menu.

Secondary display starts flashing to indicate changeable value.
