CERTIFICATIONS
The gas detectors of the ST series have been designed for use in potentially explosive
atmospheres due to the presence of gas, vapour, mist and dust, classified as zone 1 or
zone 2 (or zone 21 or 22 when the dust cover is applied) according to IEC 60079-10-1 and
IEC 60079-10-2 classification.
When the detectors are used as safety devices against explosions, the
performance must be verified according to the standard IEC 60079-29-1

Marking
The detectors are equipped with an instrument label with one of the following markings
indicating the explosion protection mode:

with a higher class of temperature (for example the detectors T6
