Always whip cream and egg whites in a tall narrow beaker. When whipping egg whites, the beaters A  a and

ingredients, their amount and the required final consistency. If the required consistency is not achieved during 

the maximum operating time of the appliance, you may continue processing the food after the appliance has 

cooled down.
