A-4. Paging the target handset from the base unit

(1) If you want to talk to a specific handset, please follow below steps.

Once only press INTERCOM key , it Means paging all handsets.
To stop paging, press INTERCOM again.
(2) Target handset: Press any key except END or pick it up if it is
placed on the base unit or on the charger to answer.
(3) Target handset: To end the intercom, press END key or place the
handset on the base unit or on the Charger.
1. Once paging from the base unit, a confirmed melody will sounds if
the base unit receives the response from the handset. If the melody
does not sound, it means that:
(1) The handset is off.
(2) The handset is out of communication range.
While you are using base unit making or answering a call, there are
two methods to talk to the handset but still hold the telephone call.
1. If you want to talk to any handset, please press INT key only. It will
hold the telephone call, send a hold music to the line and base unit
will page all handsets. Any one of the handsets can answer your
paging.
2. If you want to talk to a specific handset, please follow below steps.

The operations keep the telephone line and send hold music to the
line. And the base unit calls the target handset ID N N . Only
handset N N will respond to the paging.
3. During handset and base unit talking, either base unit or handset
can resume the call. In base unit, press directly to resume the
call. In handset, press TALK Key to resume the call.
While you are using base unit making or answering a call, there are
two methods to transfer the phone call to other handsets.

3. You can hear the transfer tone " Do, Mi, So " about 30 second, if no
answer from target handset, you can hear feedback tones to alarm
you talking again.
During base unit in standby mode, press or to adjust ring volume.
There are at least 8 steps can be selected.
While base unit in Intercom or speakerphone mode, press or
to adjust the voice volume. There're at least 7 steps can be selected.
There is a Tone/Pulse switch in the rear panel of base unit for you to
select the proper dialing mode.
