8. WARRANTY SERVICES
The product was manufactured with due care and thoroughly inspected before leaving
the plant, which is why we provide a 24 months warranty starting on the day of the pur-
chase.
The warranty does not cover:
1. Wear resulting from normal operation of the device.
2. Defects resulting from transport or improper storage of the device.
3. Defects or damages resulting from incorrect operation or improper maintenance of
the device.
4. Damages caused by ignoring the requirements provided in the operation manual.
5. Damages resulting from modifications made to the device.
6. Damages caused by sharp items through twisting, crushing, fall, strong impact or
other actions.
7. Wear parts of the device.
The warranty claim will not be taken into account if:
1. The device will not be sent back in its original packaging.
2. Unauthorised modifications were made to the device.
3. Non-original parts were used for earlier repairs.
4. Device serial number/lot number were removed.
Remaining warranty information:
1. The warranty period starts on the day of the purchase. Warranty claims should be filed
before the end of the warranty. Claims filed after the warranty will be ignored.
2. The aforementioned conditions establish that the warranty will remain in force only
when the date of purchase is confirmed by the bill of sale.
3. We reserve the right to make technical and visual changes to the device and to modify
the equipment.
4. This warranty remains in force only on in the country of the purchase.
5. The company is not responsible for the losses which are a consequence of handing the
device over for repair.
In order to enable efficient performance of warranty claims the following documents and
data are required:
1. Bill of sale, a receipt or a stamp by the point of sale with the date of purchase.
2. Determination of the established defect or filled out service form.
3. Product marking/type/serial no/lot no.
