STARTING UP (TV MODEL):
1. Check that the installation protocol has been correctly followed.
2. Check that the ventilation valve (3) is closed.
3. Load the material that you have to work. Never load more than
70% of the space in the chamber. Be sure that hole in the rear
part of chamber is free.
4. Close the oven door.
5. Switch on the main switch (25). The displays (9) and (19) will
light.
6. Set vacuum parameters (see “Vacuum configuration param
-
eters”)
7. Set temperature parameters (see “temperature configuration
parameters”)
Vacuum configuration parameters:
The reading display (9) shows absolute pressure expressed in
mbar (HPa). So when the oven door is opened, it shows the current
atmospheric pressure (no 0).
1. Check that the RUN led indicator (7) does not light. Otherwise,
push the START/STOP push button (14).
2. Push “mbar” (10) and at same time push (12) or (13) to set
the work value. While you are doing this operation “mbar” led
indicator (5) will light.
3. Push START/STOP (14) and the vacuum process will start.
The led indicator (8) will light when the vacuum pump would
be working.
4. The vacuum process can be stopped by pushing START/
STOP (14). Otherwise, the process will continue until the end
of the time set in the temperature controller (see “Temperature
configuration parameters”).
NOTE: At the end of the process, there are two possibilities:
- Maintaining the vacuum (led “6” off)
- Breaking the vacuum (led “6” on)
This can be choosen by pressing the key (11) which enables or
disables this possibility in any moment of the process.
