prepare muffin mixes according to package directions. spoon into cups and bake 4 to 6
minutes. smaller mixes, (pouches approximately 8.5 ounces) will make about 8 mini-muffins
in the cupcake maker.
dRop, cHEESE flAVoREd BIScuIt MIXES
prepare (7.75 ounce) package mix according to package directions for drop biscuits.
spoon about 1 tablespoon batter into each cup (about ½ full) and bake 4 to 5 minutes.
One (7.75 ounce) package makes 20 bite-size biscuits.
toASt cupS
trim crusts from white bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin. cut into circles
using the bottom crust side (larger) pie crust cutter. shape each bread circle into a cup.
Brush with melted butter if desired. Bake until crisp and golden brown, about 7 minutes.
remove and cool. fill as desired. as an appetizer, toast cups are great filled with chicken
or tuna salad, hot, cooked chili, prepared sloppy Joe filling or other favorites. for a
brunch, fill with cooked scrambled eggs.
