The grill can be used for grilling meat, fish, hamburger, sandwiches, toast etc.
The tray is useful for cooking food like indicated into tables B and C, or it could be used separately.
Using the oven for the first time
1.
Remove all accessories then wash and dry them with care.

To remove the “new” smell operate the appliance while it is empty, with the door open, the thermostat
set to 250°C and the timer on 15 min.
Always use the flat tray to protect the lower heating resistors from foods fat that could drops while
cooking.
•
While using the appliance for the first time it can give out some creak. It’s normal.
•
Preheat the oven about 5-10 minutes before cooking.
•
Adjust the flat tray or the grill according to the type of food and cooking timer.
•
Turn the timer, thermostat and the heating elements function according to the type of food you want
to cook or to warm up.
•
To control the cooking level keep an eye on the food as it is cooking through the glass door.
•
At the end of cooking set the heating devices/off Control dial (9) to “
Off
” and the timer (10) to “0”.
Unplug the appliance.
Preheating
Before putting any food into the oven, we recommend to follow the instructions below:

Set the control knob (9) to the both heating function position (see table A).

Use the thermostat dial (8) to set the cooking temperature.

Set the timer (10) on 5-10 minutes. The function indicator light (11) will glow and the oven will start
getting warm.

When the set time is up, the oven will switch off automatically. Then you can put the food inside the
oven.
Cooking
•
Set the control knob (9) to the both heating function position (see table A).
•
Use the thermostat dial (8) to set the desired cooking temperature (see table A; B).
•
Place the food on the tray or grill and then inside the oven.
Place the grill/tray at the correct height for the
required type of cooking.
•
Set the timer (10) to the required cooking time (max.60 min).
•
Light indicator (11) lights on until the set time is up.
•
When the set time is up the oven will switch off. In case the cooking is not completed, set the timer again
to finish cooking, otherwise turn the control knob (9) to “off” position and unplug the oven.
•
If the cooking is completed before the set time is up you can stop the cooking process by turning the
control knob (10) to “off” position.
Table A
If you set the control knob (9) to this position only the lower heating elements will operate
(for pizza and for reheating food).
If you set the control knob (9) to this position only the upper heating elements will operate
(to brown the baked food).
If you set the control knob (9) to this position both heating elements will operate.
