Instruction manual
Thank you for purchasing our SEECODE Thermo Insect Bite Device,
which helps you to quickly and easily prevent itching, pain and swelling
caused by insect bites. To ensure that you can enjoy your product
for a long time and make full use of it, please read these operating
instructions carefully before using the SEECODE insect bite device to
avoid damage due to incorrect operation.
Please pay special attention to the safety information. If you give the
insect bite device to a third party, this instruction manual should also
be handed over. Please keep the operating instructions for future
reference.
Our product is intended for adult use only. Please keep this product out
of the reach of children for their safety.
WARNING
Children must not use the appliance without adult supervision.
Cleaning must also not be carried out by children.
Before using the insect bite device for the first time, remove the
protective film from the head part.
The metal head heats up during use. Caution is advised.
Never immerse the insect bite device in water.
Do not operate the device if it is damaged.
Only use the unit for the purpose described in these instructions.
This appliance can be used by children only if they are supervised or
have been instructed in the safe use of the appliance and understand
the hazards involved.
Do not use on or near mucous membranes, wounds, eyes or other
sensitive body parts.
The device is not intended for use by persons (including children) who
have little or no sensitivity to heat.
The insect bite device must not be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or by inexperienced or unin-
formed persons. Unless they are supervised by persons responsible
for their safety or have received instructions from them on how to use
this appliance.
Important notes
•
Only apply to skin areas that have insect bites. If the itching is
still slightly noticeable afterwards, please repeat the treatment
after 2 minutes at the earliest, but not more than 5 times an
hour.
•
This device uses heat to quickly and permanently relieve pain
and itching after an insect bite.
•
The concentrated heat naturally destroys the proteins and
thus eliminates the toxins that are the cause of the discomfort
associated with the sting.
•
For the safety of the users, this product is without chemical
agents and additives. The material used is a material with
thermal conductivity.
Safety instructions
This appliance is for household use only.
Use the appliance only in accordance with the instructions in this
manual.
Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
It must be repaired by a customer service centre or a qualified repair
centre.
Do not place or use the appliance near heat sources to avoid deforma-
tion of the plastic parts.

Instructions for use
First remove the protective film from the head section.
Using and/or replacing the batteries
•
Open the battery compartment on the back of the unit.
•
Insert 2 AA-Mignon batteries, observing the polarity (plus/
minus).
•
Close the battery compartment.
When the red LED lights up, this means that the batteries must be
replaced.
Application
•
Switch on the unit with the power button (clicks noticeably),
the blue LED light flashes, indicating that the unit is working
correctly.
•
Place the head of the insect bite device on the insect bite.
•
Use the dial to adjust the strength of the heat (from 1-low to
5-high).
Recommendation: Always start with strength 1.
Strength for children: 1 to 2 and for adults 2 to 5.
Attention. Depending on the person and body area, the temperature
sensation is different.
Always test before use on children.
•
Increase the strength carefully and according to your sensitivity.
•
After the itching has disappeared after approx. 2 to 5 seconds,
put the device down and switch it off using the switch-off button.
•
If necessary, the treatment can be repeated after 2 minutes.
Cleaning and care
Clean the appliance only with a dry or slightly damp cloth that does
release any lint.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents to clean the unit.
Handling batteries
Please take the used batteries to your local dealer. Do not dispose of
them with normal household waste.
Limit the use of batteries, as disposal pollutes the environment.
The batteries must be inserted correctly. Please observe the polarity
(plus/minus).

In case of malfunction, insert new batteries.
Always replace all batteries at the same time. Always use two of the

Do not throw them into a fire, risk of explosion.
Charging the batteries and replacing batteries may only be carried out
by adults.
Guarantee/Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. This
includes a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase. The territorial
scope of the warranty protection is Europe-wide.
The proof of purchase is valid as proof of this. The product has been
thoroughly checked for quality and functionality before dispatch. The
guarantee is excluded in the following cases:
- in the event of modifications to the system without our approval
- in the case of use other than that stated above
- in the event of damage caused by falling
When making a claim under the guarantee/warranty, please return the
complete product in transport-safe packaging to the point of sale from
which the product was purchased. Describe the detected defect in the
product and enclose the original proof of purchase with the shipment.
The seller reserves the right to remedy the defect before refunding the
purchase price. Necessary transport costs will be reimbursed to the
customer if a justified claim under the statutory guarantee/warranty is
established. The use of the legal rights for defects is free of charge.
These are not limited by the guarantee.
