The Reserve (10) command is used to reserve a logical unit. The 3rd
Party reservation allows logical units to be reserved for another specified
SCSI device.

Notes:
1. The Logical Unit Number must be 0.
2. If bit 4 is 0, byte 2 must also be 0.
If bit 4 is 1, byte 2 identifies the SCSI bus ID of the device
for which the drive is reserved.
3. Extent not supported
4. Must be 0 if not supported by the drive.
5. Normally all zeros. Control Byte can be supported as a special
factory-installed option.
