If defective, replace the fuse by one of
the same rating.
Properly close cover of each electrical
box, making sure each seal is well po-
sitioned.
General Inspection and
Care
Inspection
Check engine compartment for any
damage and fuel/oil injection systems
for leaks. Ensure all hose clamps are
properly secured and no hose is
cracked, kinked or presenting any oth-
er damage.
Inspect muffler, battery and fuel/oil
reservoir fastening devices. Check
electrical connections for corrosion
and tightness.
Inspect hull and jet pump water intake
grate for damage. Replace or have
damaged parts repaired. It is recom-
mended that an authorized dealer an-
nually inspect the hull condition.
Care
Twice a year, the bilge should be
cleaned with hot water and detergent
or bilge cleaner to remove any possi-
ble fuel/oil/electrolyte deposits and
mildew.
Occasionally, wash the body with wa-
ter and soap (only use mild detergent).
Remove any marine organisms from
engine and/or hull. Apply non-abrasive
wax such as silicone wax.

CAUTION
Do not use a higher rated fuse as
this can cause severe damage.
Refer to SPECIFICATIONS section
for recommended fuse rating. If a
fuse is regularly burnt, refer to an
authorized dealer.

If any water is found in the elec-
trical box(es), immediately refer
to an authorized dealer before
operating the watercraft.

If any gasoline leak or odor is
found, do not start the engine.
Have the watercraft serviced by
an authorized dealer.

Never clean apparent fiberglass
and plastic parts with strong de-
tergent, degreasing agent, paint
thinner, acetone, etc.
