Cabin AC/DC Breaker Panel

Restricted OFF, Flat Rocker Main Circuit Breakers

RESET

SLOT

6.5 Cabin DC Breaker Panel

Power is distributed to the CZone control modules

and other 12 volt circuits through individual circuit

breakers located in the cabin DC panel. Main circuit

breakers in the panel protect the circuit for each

module from an overload. Some 12 volt acces-

sories are operated directly by the circuit breaker

in the panel. Switches fed by the panel breakers

or the digital switches in the CZone switch panels

activate other accessories.

A DC volt meter located in the CZone panel moni-

tors the voltage level in the batteries. Refer to the

CZone operation manual for instructions to navi-

gate to the battery monitoring screen and selecting

the battery to be monitored.

Proper fuse or breaker protection must be pro-

vided for all 12 volt equipment added. Do not

overload the accessory circuit breakers or other

circuitry through additional 12 volt equipment.

The following is a description of the acces-

sories controlled by switches and circuit

breakers in the cabin DC panel:

Battery and Parallel Switches

These switches activate the motorized battery and

parallel switches for the engines and House circuits.

An LED light in each switch glows when the battery

or parallel switch it controls is on. The light may

not turn off immediately or will slowly fade out

when the switches are turned off.

Console Lights Switch

Activates the cabin lights and the compartment

lights below the console.

DC Panel Main Accessory Breakers

The main accessory breakers are located on the

starboard side of the DC panel. These breakers are

the flat rocker, restricted OFF (Slot Reset) design.

The rocker is flush to the panel in the ON position

and raised when the breaker is tripped or OFF.

Slot reset breakers can only be switched OFF by

inserting a small screwdriver into the slot next to

the OFF symbol on the breaker rocker.

These breakers are always ON unless tripped by

an overload or turned off to service the circuit or

a component powered by the circuit.
