ground wire must absorb more calories, and the signal lines will absorb
less calories. In other words, the same temperature of 250

beginning of heating chips, the other bottom temperature is different, and
the temperature will even after some minutes.
Therefore, the temperature wire’s position, even if the test temperature
reached 230
℃，
the other place may not reached 230
℃
, maybe only
220
℃
, but it has exceed the melting point (217
℃
)of lead-free solder. So
at this time you can take the chip bold.
Of course, it is much better to maintain some minutes if reached 230
℃
.
