MODE: SINGLE TRACE
Force single-trace mode
The instrument measures the maximum
measurement range of current upon input
of a current signal, after which it enters
hold mode. The instrument shows “-” in the
measured value field without showing the
measured value and making any OK/NG
judgment on the value.
MODE: NORMAL TRACE
Force normal trace mode
The instrument measures the maximum
force measurement time upon input of a
force signal. After displaying the data on
screen, the instrument goes into wait state
until the next force signal is input. The
instrument shows “-” in the measured value
field without showing the measured value
and making any OK/NG judgment on the
value.
The maximum current measurement range
varies as follows depending on the TIME and
CURRENT settings in the SETUP (1) screen:
