Jaw change
The system jaws are attached from above on the carriages using two M10 cylinder screws
each. When changing the jaws or moving them in the carriages, these screws have to be
tightened using a torque of
60 Nm.

Clamping range
KSC 125 L-160
Each of the carriages is fitted with two
mounting positions for the system jaws.
The adjustment distance of the clamping
opening via the spindle is max. 40 mm.
Depending on the size of the workpiece,
the system jaws should be fitted into the
most suitable carriage slots.
KSC 125 L-300
Each of the carriages is fitted with three
mounting positions for the system jaws.
The adjustment distance of the clamping
opening via the spindle is max. 80 mm.
Depending on the size of the workpiece,

Important
:
Before clamping the workpiece, the M10 fixing screws from system jaws the must be
tightened with a torque of 60 Nm.
Failure to comply with this rule can result in insufficient workpiece clamping
and hence to loss of workpieces and damage.
