5.2.2 Electrical connection to the ECM controller
DANGER
Danger from electric voltage!
Touching live parts can result in death.
•
Switch off energy supply before carrying out all assembly,
adjustment and maintenance work and secure against re-
connection.
•
Only allow qualified electricians to work on electrical
automated systems.
•
Disconnect the controller from the power supply. The
intermediate circuit capacitors must be discharged. Wait for
approx. 5 minutes for the capacitors to discharge.
•
Ensure that there is no voltage, earth and short-circuit the system.
•
Cover up live parts.
CAUTION
Risk of damage to the electronics!
A faulty connection can cause damage to the internal electronics.
•
The supply network must be a network of type "PELV" for
power and logic.
•
Observe the PIN assignment of the connecting terminals.
•
Make sure that all components are grounded correctly.
