Replace glide
1. Check glide for damage.
2.
If damaged:
Hold nut (1) with a 7/16" wrench and loosen the
screw (4) using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench.
3. Remove damaged glide (3) from feed tray assembly (2).
4. Mount new glide. If damaged, use a new nut if necessary.
5. Leave a small gap between the glide and the feed tray
assembly. This makes it easier to insert the feed tray assembly
during assembly.
Replace glide
Replace springs
1. Check springs (2) on feed tray assembly (3) for damage.
2.
If damaged:
Hold nut (1) with a 6 mm wrench and undo the
screw (1) using a 2.5 mm hexagon socket wrench.
3. Remove spring assembly (2) from feed tray assembly (3).
4. Loosen the fitting screw (4) and remove the spring (2) and
spacer (3) from the spring bracket (1).
5. Insert spacer (3) into new spring (2).
6. Fasten spring (2) with fitting screw (4) in spring bracket (1).
