Adjust the light intensity by turning the light intensity control. The light
intensity is shown in the LCD display in values from 0% to 100%. Alternatively,
you can also display the light intensity in the equivalent color temperature
[Kelvin]. To do this, press the light intensity control once. Please note that this is
not an exactly measured color temperature, it only serves as a reference value.
You can switch KL 1500 HAL on and off by pressing the main power switch.
If the device is switched on, the indicator in the LCD display lights up.
To disconnect the power supply, remove the power plug. To protect the
halogen lamp, the KL 1500 HAL is equipped with a soft start that reduces
excessive inrush current.

Depending on the light intensity, three different values are shown on the display,
which give an indication of the service life of the lamp:

> 1500 h
150 – 1500 h
50 – 150 h
Attention: The device is not switched off in the 0 control position, therefore the
display lights up. To switch off the KL 1500 HAL, press the power switch.
