Start-up and Use 

Programming Cooking Cycle 

Programming the duration 

N.B. The duration can only be selected for 

UNIVERSAL 

cooking programmes. 
It  is  even  possible  to  programme  the  duration  before 
starting a cooking programme with the 

START/STOP

 

button. 

Press the

button, then: 

1. Select 

DURATION 

and press 

OK

” 

to confirm. 

2. The 4 digits will start to flash. 
3. Adjust using the

and 

buttons. 

4. Press 

OK

to confirm. 

5. A beep indicates the end of the cooking time and the 

oven switches off. 

 

Example: It is 09:00 and the programmed duration 

is  1hr  15min.  The  programme  stops  automatically 

at 10:15. 

 

Programming Delayed Cooking 

! The duration selection operation gives the option of a 

delayed start time. 
! It is only possible to programme a delayed start once a 

cooking programme has been selected, but not started. 

1.  Press  the

button  and  follow  the  procedure 

described for the duration, from 1 to 3. 

2.  Select 

END  OF  COOKING 

and  press 

OK

Example: It is 09:00 and the programmed duration 

is  1hr  15min  and  the  cooking  end  time  is  set  at 

12:30.  The  programme  begins  automatically  at 

11:15. 

The message 

WAIT  AND  END 

is displayed to indicate 

that  the  programme  has  been  registered.  The  display 

shows  the  cooking  end  time  and  the  duration, 

alternately. 
The  cooking  end  time may  be  changed as long as  the 

oven  is  in  wait  mode:  follow  the  procedure  indicated 

above. 

To cancel a programme, switch off the oven

 . 

Cooking Advice 

For  fan-assisted  cooking,  do not  use  shelf  1 or  5:  they 

are  in  the  direct  line  of  the  hot  air,  which  could  burn 

delicate dishes. 
If cooking in 

GRILL 

mode, place the drip tray on level 1 

to catch the cooking juices and grease. 

 

MULTI-LEVEL 

 

Place  the  drip  tray  at  the  bottom  and  the  grids  at 

the top. 

 

PIZZAS or FOCACCIA 

 

Use a light aluminum dish with maximum diameter 

of 30 cm and place on the oven grid. 

 

If  the  pizzas  have  plenty  of  topping,  add  the 

mozzarella only half way through cooking. 

 

GRILL 

 

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. 

 

Close the oven door during cooking. 

 

Place the grid  on  shelf level 2  or  3,  and  place  the 

dishes in the middle of the grid. 

 

This  function  is  recommended  for:  sealing  meat; 

browning dishes or browning meringues; preparing 

toasted  sandwiches,  cooking  small  portions  of 

barbecued, lean, thin meats. 

 

We  recommend  selecting  the  maximum  energy 

level. 

Do  not  worry  if  the  upper  heating  element  is  not 

permanently on, it is controlled by a thermostat.
