Wear
Check the cushion(s) after about 50,000 (VB 215 and VB 225) or 15,000 (VB 316) operations (shots) and
replace if damaged!
VB 316
The valve slide should be replaced if the axially sealing O-ring repeatedly falls out after a few shots.
If wear marks are visible on the flat surface of the guide pipe, replace it.

Replacement of spare parts
Danger!
Disconnect the stunning device from the
compressed air network prior to performing
any work!
Warning!
Wear safety shoes during all work.
Use only
genuine EFA accessories
.
The use of other tool inserts or accessories presents a risk of injury to you.
If genuine spare parts are not used, the warranty claim is void.
Danger!
Spare parts are only allowed to be replaced
by authorised specialist personnel.
Danger!
If possible, all 4 hexagon screws of the housing
cover should not be loosened, as they are tightened
to the exact tightening torque (Nm).
Attention!
If the prescribed tightening torque is not
observed, the threaded inserts in the housing
may be stripped out.

Oil mist lubricator
Check at regular intervals (min. 1x per month), remove the condensation and top up with special oil.
