5.2  Lifting Loads

Switch the lifting device on.

Position the lifting device directly above the load. Do not pull to the sides.

Distribute load evenly.

Put lifting device down on the load. Ensure that all suction pads are

attached to the load.

Shift bushing on the slide valve in position “Suck on“ resp. press the button „

Suck on“ (device with solenoid valve). The load attaches to the suction pad.

Watch the pressure gauge. As soon as a vacuum pressure of -0.6 bar has

been reached you can lift the load. By no means lift the load before.
It would fall off.

When lifting be sure to lift only one piece of the items to be lifted. Before lifting,

carefully remove other pieces sticking below to the one you want to lift. Use a
screwdriver to do that. Do not separate them with your hands. Severe bruises!

5.3  Lowering Loads

Lower the load to a safe and vacant, level surface, to ensure that the load

cannot slip or tip over.

Shift the bushing on the slide valve back in position “Release“ resp. press the

button “Release“ (device with solenoid valve). The load is released.

5.4  Moving the Lifting

Device with the
Chain Hoist

Do not jerkily drive the lifting device because the device with the sucked on load
could get in rotation or pendulum motion.

Accident hazard !
