6.7 Lowering and setting down loads
6.7.1 Jumbo Ergo
Procedure:
1. Position the workpiece on the suction pad over the intended depositing location.
2. Slowly rotate the twist grip toward the body. The vacuum lift tube relaxes and the suction pad is
lowered along with load.
3. Once the load has been set down safely, rotate the twist grip as far as it will go toward the body.
Slightly tilt the operator handle and release the suction pad from the load.
6.7.2 Jumbo Sprint
Procedure:
1.
Slowly press down the control lever. The vacuum lift tube relaxes and the suction pad is lowered
along with load.
2.
Lower the load in the desired location.
3.
To set down the load, press down the control lever as far as it will go. Slightly tilt the operator
handle and raise.
Risk of injury from falling load
If the twist grip/control lever on the vacuum tube lifter Jumbo is
twisted/pressed down abruptly to the limit stop, the control handle and
gripper will lower too quickly, dropping the load.

Never rotate or press down the twist grip/control lever abruptly to the limit
stop.
►
Always rotate/press the twist grip/control lever slowly and carefully to
give time to react to the response from the vacuum tube lifter Jumbo.
