Check that the feed voltage values of the electric components (solenoid valves coils, micro switches, 
pressure switches etc., if applicable) are as prescribed.

Check  that  the  actuator  controls,  such  as  remote  control,  local  control,  emergency  control  etc.  (if 
applicable), are properly working in accordance with the schematic diagram. 
 

e)

 

Check that the required remote signals (valve position, air pressure, etc.) are correct. 
 

f)

 

The setting of the components of the actuator control unit is according to the requirements of the plant. 
 

g)

 

Check that there are no leaks in the pneumatic connections. If necessary tighten the fittings. 
 

h)

 

Check the correct working of the actuator with the pneumatic supply in open and closed direction. 
 

i)

 

Restore  the  paintwork  of  the  components  which  may  have  been  damaged  during  transportation  or 
commissioning after having removed the rust.
