5.8.3. PORT D interface
PORT D interface is specific in the way that it is directly connected to the internal GNSS receiver.
PORT D shares all the common interfaces characteristics – see section PORT B and C interfaces for more
details.
In addition to that, the PORT D is the only port that can accept RTCM corrections for RTK operation.
5.8.3.1. Connector specifications (rugged)
The PORT B and C connectors use an 8 ways female ODU connector (ref G81F1C-P08LFG00000). Other
manufacturers such as Fischer provide compatible plugs (Fischer Core Series). The connector mates with
plug ref S31F1C-P08MFG0-5500.
