Note: If lower limb injuries present see sequence
overleaf and use groin harness not fi gure of eight.
Strapping the casualty:

straps across the chest, keeping the casualty’s
arms out. The carry handles should be located

2. Next, fasten and tighten the Waist strap as shown

yellow buckle on 4a to form a fi gure
