Marginal plants
are those which grow
around the margins of the pond where the
water is shallow. They usually have their
soil and crown underwater, and sometimes
their lower foliage as well. They are generally
placed on planting shelves within the pond
or FilterWeir media grates.
Marginal plants add a beautiful finishing
touch to your pond or water garden.
Give
them a try!
Remove grate and place mesh media
bags into filter. Gently agitate to spread
media evenly across.
Place both filter media pads into filter.
Replace media grate.
Continue landscaping with rock work
and plants to fully blend the Living-
